Home/Business Delivery: The price depends on the destination and is updated at the company’s discretion.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Please note: In order to optimize shipping to you, when purchasing on the site, it is recommended to select shipping to the address where you are most of the day – at work, at home or any other address of your choice.
We will not be liable for any damage due to lateness and/or delay caused by force majeure, third parties and/or circumstances or events beyond our control.
The delivery date of the products is on working days counted from the date of receipt of transaction approval from the credit card company / payment in BIT

Product exchange policy:
If the product has reached you and for some reason you decide to exchange it for another product, it is important that you read our exchange / return regulations according to the Consumer Protection Law:
Products can be canceled / exchanged within 14 days of receiving them with proof of purchase.
Returns / exchanges are made when the product is packaged in its original packaging and has not been used. Customized products, products that have undergone any adjustment to the customer, cannot be returned.
In addition, if you have received a product and the outer packaging appears damaged / torn / wet or anything else that appears to be improper, this must be reported by phone at +972 52-352-6222 within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any claim received after this period of time will not be accepted and the customer will have no claim.
If the product meets the return conditions, a refund / credit will be made after the product has reached our address and up to 5 business days, we will provide a partial refund. Cancellation fees are 5% of the product price for those paying by credit / PayPal.
Products can be returned physically or sent via courier or with any other courier company under the customer’s responsibility.
